PRIVACY POLICY Version 2026-09-13.3 Guerin LLC operates Guerin. Business and copyright mailing details are available on the copyright contact page. This policy describes information used to operate Guerin. Contact contact@guerinapp.com about privacy, access, correction or deletion requests. 1. INFORMATION WE PROCESS Account and profile information includes your name, email, username, authentication information, birthday, optional location and biography, images and preferences. Your birthday and email are private account fields; ordinary public profiles do not disclose them. A private age declaration and the exact terms/privacy versions you acknowledge are recorded with your account and the time of acknowledgement. Age declarations are not documentary identity verification. Content includes uploaded audio, video, images, artwork, captions and other files, playlists, messages and attachments, social relationships, reports and copyright-case submissions. Support and copyright communications can include your contact details, message or voicemail content, and related delivery information. Content you provide may contain personal or sensitive information. Purchase and subscription records are associated with your account; Apple handles payment entry, and Guerin does not receive your payment-card or bank details from App Store purchases. We also process information needed for recommendations and operation, including feed interactions, device notification tokens, request and job identifiers, processing results and technical errors. Recent searches can be stored locally for your account; search requests also reach our backend to return results. 2. PURPOSES AND SHARING We use information for authentication, account settings, hosting, delivery, playback, conversations, recommendations, notifications, purchased features, support, security, content review and legal obligations. Supabase provides authentication, database, realtime and backend services. Cloudflare provides private media and evidence storage, content delivery, access checks and image processing. Modal receives uploaded source media for cloud audio-stem and related analysis processing and returns derived files. This processing can begin from an upload; it is not limited to a later stem-playback action. Our website is hosted by Vercel and delivered through Cloudflare; these services process web requests and technical information to serve and protect the site, and the website includes their usage and performance measurement tools. Apple provides App Store transactions, push delivery, requested music-signature matching and speech recognition when enabled and authorized. Caption processing may use Apple’s speech service; not all media processing is performed on your device. Google Workspace and Google Voice provide our business email and telephone contact services. They process the messages or voicemails you send and related contact and delivery information used to handle them. When server copyright identification is enabled for a permitted submission, the configured identification provider, currently ACRCloud, may receive source audio or video containing audio through restricted source access, along with the identifiers needed to process the request. Results can include candidate matches, time intervals and confidence information. Identification access does not itself establish permission to reuse media. Provider setup and activation are controlled separately from account uploads. Content is delivered to other viewers or conversation participants according to applicable privacy, block, moderation and copyright controls. Authorized reviewers can access reported or restricted content and related evidence for review. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or to address security and abuse. 3. COPYRIGHT CASES AND PROTECTED EVIDENCE A case may include source identities, file hashes, recognition evidence, claimant authority, permissions, statements, documents, decisions and appeals. When material is archived, a protected copy can remain available for the case even if the ordinary source changes or is deleted. Access is restricted to authorized case review; the evidence archive is not a public media URL. We may share a copyright notice and relevant identifying information with the affected uploader to explain a removal and allow a response. A qualifying DMCA counter-notice is forwarded to the original notice sender, including the name, address, telephone number and other information it contains. Keep this disclosure in mind before sending a counter-notice. Ordinary account summaries do not expose another person’s private evidence documents. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in a report or review note. The Terms of Service describe written notices, counter-notices and ordinary platform appeals. 4. RETENTION AND DELETION We retain information needed to provide the service and manage account, security, transaction and case responsibilities. Deleting a post or account does not necessarily erase an independently retained copyright or legal-case record, a legal hold, a provider backup or a copy already delivered to another person. Retention and deletion depend on the record, applicable obligations and operational backups; this policy does not promise a fixed universal deletion period. You can request access, correction or deletion using account tools or contact@guerinapp.com. Some requests may require identity verification. A confirmed birthday cannot be replaced through an ordinary profile edit; contact support for a correction. We will evaluate requests together with security, legal holds and other applicable obligations. 5. YOUR CHOICES Use privacy and blocking settings to control applicable sharing. Device settings control supported notifications and speech permissions. Manage App Store subscriptions through Apple; account deletion does not automatically cancel them. You can stop using Guerin if you do not want source media sent for the processing described here. 6. AGE, SECURITY AND POLICY UPDATES Guerin is intended for people age 13 and older. Users under 18 must have parent or guardian permission. Contact us if you believe an account is being used by a child under 13. We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee complete security or recall every delivered copy. Review the version shown when you acknowledge this policy. Material changes will use a new policy version and, where required, a new acknowledgement.
